Terms of Service

Terms of service

Welcome to Oompa Loompa. By visiting our store or placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Our products

We do our best to display product colours, sizes and details accurately, but natural wood grain and screen settings mean slight variations can occur. Recommended ages are guidance only; adult supervision is advised, especially for children under 3.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken. An order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation email.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment partners. We do not store your card details.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Please see our Shipping & Delivery page and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Digital products

Printable packs and other digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use within your household. They may not be resold, redistributed or shared publicly. Because they are delivered instantly, digital products are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, illustrations, product designs and the Oompa Loompa name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
