We want every toy to be loved. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email oompaloompa.in@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to ship anything back.
Change of mind
Unused physical products in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund for the product value is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Items we can't accept back
- Toys that have been used or show signs of wear
- Products without original packaging
- Digital downloads and printable packs (delivered instantly and non-returnable)
- Sale or clearance items, unless damaged
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once dispatched, please follow the return process above.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days and typically reflect in your bank or card statement within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
