We pack every order by hand in Mumbai and ship it with trusted courier partners across India.
Rates
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- ₹79 flat rate on orders below ₹999
- Digital products: no shipping — download links are emailed instantly
Timelines
- Dispatch: 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates may stretch during festival season or extreme weather.
Tracking
Once your parcel ships you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. If tracking hasn't updated in 3 days, write to oompaloompa.in@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your parcel on delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or refund straight away.
Cash on delivery
Prepaid orders only for now. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets at checkout.
