Is shipping free?
Yes, on all orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79 shipping fee applies.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, absolutely — email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Our toys

What age are your toys suitable for?
Every product page lists a recommended age. Most of our Montessori range suits children from 12 months to 6 years, and open-ended toys like the Rainbow Stacker and Building Blocks grow with your child.

Are the toys safe for babies who put everything in their mouth?
Yes. We use solid wood with water-based, non-toxic paints and finishes. Pieces are sized to avoid choking hazards for the recommended age, but please always supervise play with children under 3.

How do I clean wooden toys?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry immediately. Never soak wooden toys or put them in a dishwasher.

What is Montessori play, anyway?
It's a way of learning where children explore real materials at their own pace, with a grown-up nearby rather than in charge. Simple toys, one skill at a time, lots of repetition — and a lot of quiet concentration.

Returns & payment

What if a toy arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to ship it back.

What's your return policy?
Unused toys in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy for details.

Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets — all through Shopify's secure checkout.
